VFS Global Payment Page Error

I'm lodging a complaint against your disgraceful system at the VFS Global Payment page, which kicked me out five times, and later, when I called, said they couldn't schedule an appointment over the phone. Despite reaching the final stage, I was kicked out of the page five times in one day, and I have no one to address my concerns. It seems like the system's confidence comes from its monopoly. Resolve my issue promptly.
