VFS Global Misleading Information and Errors

I was assigned to the student standard category for three months of short-term language training in France. I had my category confirmed by the customer service and info mail hotline before making my appointment. When the authorized agency wanted to deliver my file at 13.00 on June 19, they said I couldn't apply because I wasn't a student in Turkey. When I call customer service again, the VFS Global Ankara officer who denied the application says the category is correct, but there is a lack of paperwork and I do not have admission documents from the French school. They returned my file and double-checked it. All of the documents are complete, including my acceptance documents for the school and the place where I will stay. If VFS Global has made such a category change, why does it want me to apply from the touristic category to the country I will go to for the language school, which I did not go to for touristic purposes, and thus mislead me? No one called to give me information, the 900 liras I paid were squandered, and even though my school date is approaching, there are no appointment dates. Because of your error, I am in a difficult situation. Will there be an official present to explain the situation and resolve my issue?
