VFS Global Appointment Payment Issue

VFS Global informed me to secure an appointment within 15 days. For the past 2 days, I’ve been trying to book one, and although I complete the payment, the email I receive says, "URN reference number could not be obtained, and your payment was not processed." However, the payment has been deducted from my bank account.

I was told to email i********@vfsglobal.com, which I did, but I keep receiving the same response with no resolution. How can I get a reference number without confirmation of the transaction? There’s no support, and people’s money is being taken without providing the service. I expect immediate help with this issue.
