VFS Global Website Issue - Unable to Change Appointment
The VFS Global website has been experiencing technical issues for several days. I've been having some trouble with changing my appointment date. It seems like the website isn't functioning properly or my account is locked for 24 hours. After reaching out via email to report the issue, I received two suggestions for resetting my password. However, it's important to note that once the account is locked, no changes can be made. I urgently require a prompt solution to my issue. Payment is deducted at the time of booking an appointment, and I should be able to make changes. However, I am unable to locate any assistance or support.
