VFS Global Ankara Netherlands Visa Delay Issue

On 26/07/2024, I applied for a Netherlands Family and Friends Visa at VFS Global in Ankara. Despite 12 business days passing since my application, I have not received any response. As I mentioned in my application, I have an international trip planned for August 19th using my current visa. My passport is currently with the Netherlands Embassy, leaving me unable to proceed with my plans. If necessary, I can retrieve my passport and resubmit it after my trip. I have sent an email regarding this issue but have not received a reply. Please assist me with this matter. Application No: nlak/260724/0004/01
