Long-term Visa Appointment from Vfs Global Is a Battle

I've been wrestling with VFS Global for ages, trying to snag a long-term visa appointment, but it's been an exercise in futility. No appointments available, and when I checked out the complaints, folks have been struggling for a year without success, there were people who had been trying to make an appointment for 1 year but could not get it. Now, even though I entered my user information correctly, they claim that I entered the wrong information. I cannot log in to the system, they insist I've got it wrong. Can't even log in now. Talk about frustrating!

VFS, which stands for "Very Frustrating Service," has been a source of immense frustration for me. Despite my persistent efforts over several weeks, I have repeatedly encountered error messages claiming that I have entered incorrect information or advising me to try again in two hours. Upon lodging an official complaint, their response was utterly ridiculous - they suggested that I delete my browsing history and cookies... That was a waste of time. After countless unanswered calls, I finally managed to reach them. I was somewhat surprised when they admitted to experiencing technical difficulties with their website and assured me, they were actively addressing the issue. Based on the comments I have come across, it seems that this problem has been going on for quite some time. In short, there is only one appropriate word to describe VFS – fecking useless!
