Problem with Appointment at Belgian Consulate via VFS Global

My family and I have been trying for about two months to get appointments with the Belgian consulate through an authorized agency. We're becoming increasingly concerned about the reasons for this lengthy delay. The imminent expiration of documents sent from Belgium is a major source of concern, as it may result in complications and issues beyond our control. We respectfully request immediate assistance and clarification on the underlying causes of the prolonged waiting period. It is becoming increasingly important for our documents to be processed on time in order to avoid any potential setbacks or legal complications. Your prompt response and resolution of this matter would greatly alleviate our concerns and assist us in better navigating this situation.
