I’m trying to book an appointment for a France visa application, but I keep running into an error during the form submission process. The error message I receive says:
“Applicant information. Form label. Label28 / Applicant information. Messages. Error messages. Message64”*
This is completely unclear, and I have no idea what’s causing it.

What’s even worse is that there’s absolutely no one I can reach out to for help. I’ve searched everywhere for a contact, but there’s no call center, no chat, no email—nothing. I’m traveling for work, and I urgently need to secure this visa, but the system failure is blocking my entire process.

I’m requesting a clear explanation of what this error means and how to fix it immediately. I’m also asking for proper support channels to be made available. This situation is unacceptable, especially when people are paying ₺ and relying on these systems to plan critical travel. Please respond quickly and help me complete my visa appointment.
