Incorrect Selection Of VFS Global Visa Category And Failure To Correct

I made a Netherlands Visa Appointment through VFS Global. But when I bought it, I marked it as Commercial instead of Touristic. When I called to find a solution to this situation, the answer was that it was up to the initiative of the friends in the operation. There is no clarity. It does not allow any corrections or cancellations regarding the visa appointment (I made an appointment in Italy with iData before, but they offer the right to cancel or change it up to a certain hour before the appointment). What can be done about this situation?
