I Can’t Cancel My France Schengen Appointment on VFS to Change the Application Type

Hello, I urgently need help with managing my family’s France Schengen visa appointment through VFS Global. We initially booked a visa appointment, but we now need to change the appointment type to première demande (first-time application). Unfortunately, the VFS system doesn’t allow this type of modification.

When I go to the appointment management page, there is no option to change the appointment type. The only way to book a new one is to cancel the existing appointment. But the system also doesn’t offer a cancellation option. I’m stuck in a loop—I can’t change the type, and I can’t cancel the current one to book the correct category either.

This is extremely frustrating, especially when dealing with urgent travel timelines and after spending ₺ for this service. I’m asking VFS Global to either allow modification of appointment type or provide a clear, working cancellation option so I can rebook correctly. Please fix this system limitation immediately and assist users who are trying to comply with the visa requirements.
