Vestel Keeps Failing Me With My NFK64012 EX GI PRO WIFI Refrigerator

Since 2021, we have been experiencing endless breakdowns and replacement processes with our Vestel NFK64012 EX GI PRO WIFI refrigerator. The product has continuously malfunctioned, and every single time we had to deal with Vestel technical support. Despite numerous repairs and replacements, the problems persisted randomly and constantly. Throughout this process, we have been in regular contact with customer service and authorized service teams. However, our request for a refund was never taken into consideration. Instead, the process was only prolonged with repeated technical service visits. Attached are SMS proofs of all breakdowns and service records. The product is still under warranty, and we even extended it out of fear. Look, if this were a TV or another device, we would not make such an issue out of it. But this is a refrigerator! It contains perishable food. We have faced endless, ongoing issues with such a fundamental household necessity. Unfortunately, we made a mistake by choosing the Vestel brand. At this point, we are absolutely requesting a full refund based on the refrigerator’s current market value. When we purchase a new refrigerator from another brand, we want the existing Vestel refrigerator to be taken away from our home. We do not want another repair or replacement. A refrigerator cannot undergo this many breakdowns and replacements in such a short time! If you have any sense of customer satisfaction and empathy, please relieve us from this burden! We urgently request that the hardship we have suffered be resolved as soon as possible.
