Vestel Did Not Provide Timely Warranty Service for My Faulty Product

I experienced a problem with my Vestel Mini Taze filter coffee maker when the glass carafe broke. Upon contacting customer service, I was advised to get in touch with the authorized service centers nearby. Regrettably, additional help was not offered. I’ve looked around, but I can’t find this product anywhere. I selected Vestel as it is a homegrown brand, confident that it would deliver dependable products and service. Yet, when I find myself struggling to locate spare parts or obtain adequate support, it leads me to reconsider the worth of backing local brands. I anticipated a higher level of service from Vestel, particularly regarding the resolution of straightforward matters such as obtaining spare parts for their products. I would appreciate a quick resolution for replacing the carafe.
