Vestel Asked for Screen Replacement on My 65QG9840 OLED TV After 2 Months

I bought a 65QG9840 oled TV from Vestel 2 months ago. The TV screen is so delicate that it gets damaged when I hold it. My child's small sponge material cracked. This may be my fault. But the fact that the TV screen is made of such a weak product is a mistake in itself. I made the mistake of buying a product from Vestel thinking it was domestic. When the service came, they asked for a ₺24500 screen replacement fee for a TV that was purchased for ₺36000 and they did not offer a discount. I called Vestel customer service and asked them to at least offer a discount since I am a former Vestel user. Because they install the same screen at a more affordable price outside. Customer service did not offer a single penny discount. When I called for my imported TV due to the same mistake, they offered a half-price discount for screen replacement, but if only Vestel, which I bought because it was domestic, does this, then the issue of domestic/national products is over for me. The result is Vestel regret. I will not have the TV repaired at this price either and I will share on every platform that they should not buy this brand of products.

Lies and deceit. They write a response saying that our Customer Relations Officer will contact you as soon as possible regarding your notification. But they don't even bother to call you. I guess we will give the best response by throwing the TV you provided on the Youtube.com channel into the trash. Shame on the day I bought it as a domestic product.

Customer service called. They gave the same price as if mocking and hung up. My complaint is already due to the exorbitant price. Why do you give the same answer again when you open it? The result is regret again.
