Vestel 75U9520 75'' 4K Smart TV Chronic Panel Dusting
About 3.5 years ago, I purchased a Vestel 75U9520 75'' 4K Smart TV with a 189 Screen. After approximately a year, I noticed dust accumulating on the panel. The technical service addressed the issue by wiping the dust, but this temporary fix had to be repeated 4-5 times. Eventually, the device was deemed defective and replaced with a new one. However, the replacement TV also started gathering dust after a year. When I contacted the authorized service, they quoted a cleaning fee of 6350 TL since the product was out of warranty. I contacted customer service and asked if I'd have to pay for panel cleaning annually. They stated they couldn't assist as the warranty had expired. This recurring issue suggests a hidden defect, and I demand a free repair in accordance with consumer law provisions.
