I purchased the AO 6470 S K model cooker from Vestel with invoice number 0ZK2024000010599, and the product is still under warranty. I have faced major issues with the heat settings since the first day of use. The problems include sudden heat increases during cooking, no distinction between heat levels such as 1, 2, and 3 as all produce very high temperatures, and safety concerns as this causes food to burn and poses risks. The issue occurs intermittently, making it difficult to demonstrate to technicians, but I have video recordings as evidence. A technician inspected the product but found no issues, and customer service attributed the problem to user error despite the evidence provided.
