Vestel 65UA9520 TV Main Board Failed Just After Warranty

I have been using a Vestel 65UA9520 television for about 2 years. Although the product is relatively new, the main board failed and I have not been able to use the television for 3 days. The warranty expired only 2 months ago, and I find it unacceptable that such a major failure occurs so soon in a product of this price and segment. After the problem occurred, I contacted Vestel authorized service. The technician who visited my home was very interested and helpful; I have no complaint about the service staff. However, I was informed that the main board needs to be replaced and a fee of ₺4,600 was requested for this procedure because the warranty period is over. I am disappointed that a product that is just out of warranty has suffered such a serious and costly malfunction and that no good faith support or alternative solution was offered. I do not currently have any concrete financial or technical request from Vestel, but I would like my experience with this television and the cost of the main board failure shortly after the end of the warranty period to be noted and evaluated by the company.
