The Vestel washing machine shakes so violently while running that it feels like the drum is about to break off, and the noise is so loud we can’t even stay in the room. I want to return the product because it’s very poor in quality and there is no customer service. No matter who I call, no one takes responsibility for the product. A sensible person would never buy this—stay away from Vestel, it’s completely useless.
