My Vestel NFK60012 GI PRO WIFI Refrigerator Not Cooling Properly

My Vestel NFK60012 GI PRO WIFI refrigerator is not cooling properly. The service technician said they couldn't fix the issue. The top compartment doesn't get cold, even though the display shows 4 degrees. We lowered it to 2 degrees, but it still doesn't work. The service technicians visited yesterday and today, claiming the motor is overheating. They're planning to take the refrigerator for repairs tomorrow. I don't want my less-than-2-year-old refrigerator to be repaired. I want a replacement
