Vestel 70QA9700 QLED TV Panel Malfunction - Replacement Refused

The LED board and LED panel of my Vestel 70QA9700 model 70” QLED TV malfunctioned. I reported the issue to the Vestel Authorized Dealer Anatolium Store, where I purchased the device three weeks ago, and since then, my problem has remained unresolved. Although the TV is under warranty, my replacement request was rejected, and I have been constantly delayed without any real solution. Even though this is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, I have contacted both customer service and the authorized service center multiple times, trying every possible solution, but nothing has been resolved. So far, I have not made any payment. My invoice number is G01202400138549. I am deeply troubled by Vestel’s lack of concern and disappointed by the company’s disregard for customer satisfaction. I request that my TV be replaced as soon as possible or that my issue be properly resolved.
