I Face Exploding Door Glass Problem With Vestel CMI 97302 Wi-Fi Washing Machine

On September 2, my Vestel CMI 97302 Wi-Fi washing machine was installed. Just four days later, on September 6, during only the third use, the door glass suddenly exploded. Luckily, nobody was in the bathroom at the time, so there were no injuries. However, the machine’s drum was filled with glass shards, and all of my laundry along with my bathroom rug were ruined.
I immediately contacted Vestel customer service, and a service team came to inspect the machine. They wrote a report confirming the incident. Despite the machine being only six days old and under warranty, I was told that only the door would be replaced. I strongly objected because the glass fragments spread inside the drum, causing damage not only to the appliance itself but also to my clothes. For this reason, I requested a complete replacement of the washing machine, not just a repair.
So far, despite making a follow-up request, I have not received any positive response from Vestel. It is unacceptable for a brand-new appliance to fail in such a dangerous way. I expect a full replacement of the defective unit and compensation for the damaged laundry and rug caused by this failure.
