I Bought Versace Dylan Purple at Sephora but Didn’t Get a Tester Like Everyone Else
I’ve been a loyal Sephora customer, always shopping regularly and earning nearly 30,000 points. Today, I purchased Versace Dylan Purple, yet I was not given a tester, even though testers are reportedly being handed out to all customers now. This is frustrating because I always appreciate trying testers before committing to a purchase, and I usually buy the products I test. It feels unfair and disappointing that despite being a frequent buyer and having a lot of points, I’m being left out. Sephora needs to address this inconsistency and treat all customers fairly by providing testers as promised. I’m tired of this situation and expect a quick resolution.
