Missing Dior Holiday Ornament and Tester Gifts from My Order

I placed an order with Dior expecting the holiday-themed gift packaging, tester gifts, and the holiday ornament that I saw being promoted on social media. However, none of these items were included in my package. To make things worse, even the gift wrap wasn’t the special holiday design advertised—it was just standard packaging.

This experience has been a huge disappointment. If Dior is offering these gifts to others, why wasn’t I included? If this is how orders are handled during the holidays, I suggest waiting until after the season for better attention to detail. I expected much more from a luxury brand like Dior. Please resolve this issue and explain why my order (TR21423) didn’t include these items.
