Versace Eros Perfume Purchased from Sephora Lacks Longevity
I purchased a Versace Eros perfume from Sephora's Buyaka store, but its scent doesn’t last even half an hour. I returned it to the store, and they assured me it would be examined. Two weeks later, I called Sephora, and they said the product was inspected, no issues were found, and they’d notify me when it was shipped back.
Now, I’m left questioning: What am I supposed to do with a perfume that cost over ₺5,000 and has such poor performance? It’s unacceptable that a product of this price doesn’t last longer than cheaper alternatives. Sephora refused a refund, and I’ll never purchase a perfume from them again. This isn’t just my issue—many others share similar complaints about Versace Eros. People work hard for their money, and I feel completely let down. I demand better accountability for such an expensive product.
