Vbet Betting Site Rejected Loss Bonus and Blocked Customer

On October 27, 2025, I deposited a total of $238 into my Vbet betting account via the DÜneyin bank transfer method. My username is Y*z. I lost the deposited amount while playing and then requested a loss bonus. However, the live support team rejected my request without providing any reason and blocked me immediately afterward. Since then, I have been unable to reach customer support again.

I have experienced a similar issue in the past — I had deposited another $238 and lost it, and the same situation occurred. In total, I have suffered a financial loss of approximately $476.

Although I requested to benefit from the loss bonus campaign, I was given no assistance whatsoever, and my communication with customer service was blocked. I have payment receipts and screenshots as proof of these transactions. Currently, there is no balance in my account, and I am unable to perform any operations.

I am requesting that Vbet refund the money I deposited and take the necessary action to resolve my grievance.
