Varta Battery Failed and Warranty Service Blamed Me for the Issue

I purchased a Varta Battery with the serial number 03843801A3899 from Ankara Akü Center on 03/12/2024. Initially, the battery showed a charging warning while driving. Later, one morning, the vehicle would not start at all. As a replacement, a Bosch battery with the same standards was provided, and the vehicle has been running smoothly for two weeks. When checked by an auto electrician, no electrical leakage was found in the vehicle. However, when I went to the authorized warranty service, Aslanlar Varta Battery, they claimed the fault was mine and said they would charge the battery. I am certain that I left the lights off. Moreover, despite colder weather, I had no issues with the Bosch battery. They also mentioned that if they charged the battery, there would be an additional fee. This after-sales approach is highly irritating and wrong. I am requesting a replacement for the defective product. By handling issues this way, you are damaging your brand's reputation. Many people seem to have similar problems with Varta Batteries. I want my issue resolved as soon as possible.
Customer service stated that the battery was discharged and that they could not do anything for a new battery, and that it needed to be recharged for a fee. I have never encountered a worse company in any field to date. My advice is to never use it.
