I live in Nazilli, Aydın. But, on May 8th, 2023, my family and I went to Bursa. I had a Varta E43 Al-start type 72 amp battery in my car for more than 3 years. When I got back to the parking lot, I could only unlock the car doors with the remote. When I called the auto electrician, they told me that I should replace the battery because it was completely drained. I searched for Bursa Battery Market on Google and reached out to them to inquire about the availability of a specific battery. I asked if they had the Varta E43 Al-start type with a capacity of 72 amps. They brought it in the box, set it up, made sure everything was working, signed the warranty, and then went away. I was surprised to find that just 2.5 months later, the battery was in bad condition. I'll add a photo to show you. I went to a Varta authorized dealer and they confirmed that the battery failed because of a manufacturing defect. This defect caused acid to leak out and damage the area around it. I use my car a lot and I didn't think well-known brands like Varta would let me down. I need a replacement from the authorized dealer in Nazilli right away. I hope this gets fixed quickly so it's not a hassle anymore.
