I bought a Bosch battery from a store in Antakya on January 10, 2021. But I had a problem with the battery going dead on its own for three weeks. I drove 150 km to the local dealer, the Iskenderun Era store, where I was told to talk to Se**** E***, an auto electrician who worked with the local dealer's owner, Mr. Erh** B***. It was a frustrating experience, and Mr. Erh*** wasn't happy with the first master's check, so he asked Se*** E*** to look at the battery himself. But Se*** E*** told the local Bosch dealer that the battery was fine and there was no problem, which was different from what he said before. So, I was a victim of organized fraud, and my complaint was not taken care of by the contracted master. I was disappointed and angry by this, and I don't think you should buy Bosch batteries in the Hatay region. It's a warning to my fellow consumers to watch out for fraud when buying Bosch batteries in this area. I am very angry because of these events.
