VANS Shoes Falling Apart After Only 1.5 Years





A little over a year and a half ago, I bought a pair of VANS shoes. Because I trusted the brand, I bought them from their website. But I'm very upset about how quickly the edges wore out and how the back kept peeling, which gave me blisters on my heels. I sent them an email asking for a new pair of shoes, but they never answered. It's frustrating that I bought a well-known brand and bought directly from their website, but I can't find help or a solution. It looks like all they care about is making people unhappy. This is not how a brand with a good reputation should act. I demand a fast and fair resolution as soon as possible.
