I purchased a pair of Vans shoes only a month ago, but after just one wear, they began to show significant issues. The seams started coming apart, and the color began to fade noticeably. I sent the shoes in for inspection, but it's been weeks with no response or update. My order number is 4150440007.

Whenever I call customer service for an update, the representatives provide little useful information. This experience has been frustrating, as I expect a brand like Vans to stand behind their products. I’m requesting a prompt response regarding the inspection status and a solution to this issue. I’d like to know when I can expect either a replacement or a refund for these defective shoes.
