Vans Shoes for My Son Opened Up After 2 Months of Use
35

I bought Vans shoes for my son, expecting them to be durable and high quality. However, just two months after purchasing, the shoes began to fall apart. Unfortunately, I misplaced the receipt, and now I cannot request an exchange or a refund.

I paid a significant amount for these shoes, believing in the brand's reputation for quality, but this experience has been a huge disappointment. If I had known the shoes would fail so quickly, I wouldn’t have considered purchasing them.

I feel let down by the lack of quality and customer support. I request Vans to address this issue and provide a resolution, even without the receipt. Customers deserve better.
