Persistent Hot Water Fluctuations In The Vaillant Boiler

I have been experiencing continuous hot water fluctuations in my device. Despite raising this complaint twice before, the technical service representatives who visited my home blamed the issue on my plumbing system. They attempted to diagnose the problem by merely inspecting the device's display, without even bothering to open and examine it thoroughly. It is evident that if they had taken the time to inspect the device properly, they would have identified the malfunction. The device has never heated the water to the desired temperature, and this problem persists, despite my repeated notifications. Instead of acknowledging the device's fault, they persistently point fingers at my home's plumbing. I am left with no choice but to request another service visit, and if the issue remains unresolved, I demand a replacement for this device. If you fail to fulfill my request, please be aware that I will seek a resolution through the Consumer Arbitration Board.
