Beko Refrigerator Repeated Issues and Lack of Documentation





My Beko refrigerator, which came with a guarantee, has been nothing but trouble since the day I purchased it. The authorized technical service has made multiple interventions to address various issues. However, over the past 2-3 years, the same problems have resurfaced time and time again. In the month of June, the freezer compartment started leaking water for the second time, causing damage to the flooring in my home. The real problem arises here: Beko's authorized service providers carry out their operations without any paperwork, reports, or official records. I am determined to seek justice by turning to the Consumer Arbitration Board, but the Beko-authorized services that have visited me thus far have failed to provide any documentation. As a result, I lack the necessary evidence. I am deeply frustrated by these undocumented procedures and the hardships inflicted upon customers.
