Last year, I filed a complaint about my Bosch washing machine, and a technician was sent to inspect it. After checking the machine, they claimed there was no issue and advised me to call again if the problem persisted.
However, my clothes continue coming out half dry and half wet, so I contacted the same technician via video call to show the issue in real-time. When they arrived again, they replaced a part, but I had to pay for the repair, despite the problem being reported while the machine was still under warranty.
Over the past year, I have repeatedly faced the same issue, but due to health concerns, I was unable to follow up. Now, I have photo evidence proving this is a manufacturing defect.
I am now preparing to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board because this problem should have been fixed under warranty. If no proper resolution is provided, I will demand a full machine replacement. Bosch, I expect you to take responsibility and provide a permanent solution!
