Utopian Store Refuses Refund for Unused Jacket

On May 5, 2026, I purchased a jacket from the Utopian store at Gordion AVM in Ankara for **$115**. The very next day, on May 6, 2026, I returned to the store to return the jacket in completely unused condition.

However, the store employees refused to accept my return request, stating that their store does not offer refunds under any circumstances and that they only allow exchanges. I was not aware of this policy at the time of purchase, and for a product at this price, I expected to have the option to return it.

I request a full refund of the **$115** I paid for the jacket and ask that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved as soon as possible.
