U.S. Polo Order Stuck Preparing - Cannot Cancel
I am experiencing a serious issue with U.S. Polo order I placed on March 28. Although my order consisted of three products in total, the invoice I received a few days later included only 1 of them. Subsequently, I received an email stating that one of the products had been canceled and a refund was issued. One of the remaining products was delivered to me. However, the last product still appears as “preparing,” and despite nine days having passed since the order, I have not received any information about it. Even though I contacted customer service to request the cancellation of the product, I was informed that it could not be canceled because it was “approved in the system.” While another product in the same order could be canceled, the inability to cancel this product is completely contradictory and unacceptable. After this, I contacted the customer service two more times demanding a refund and still didn't gen an answer. Selling products that are out of stock and then keeping the customer waiting without any notification constitutes a clear grievance from a consumer perspective and is unacceptable. I request the immediate cancellation of the product and a full refund. Otherwise, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and exercise my legal rights.
