The Urban Care brand shampoo that I purchased through Trendyol was purchased on September 13, 2023. My eyebrows, beard, and hair all started to fall out significantly after about a month had passed (roughly when I had used up half of the shampoo). Due to the fact that this caused me to question the genuineness of the product that I had purchased, I decided to stop using it. In comparison to the product that I purchased on September 13, 2023, the packaging of the shampoo that I purchased at the Urban Care store on November 17, 2023 features a different type of writing.
