Dear Urban Care Team,
On November 24, 2023, I made a free purchase of your Urban Dry Shampoo; however, I was disappointed to find that the product did not live up to my expectations. My initial impression of its application was favorable; however, after utilizing approximately half of the product, I found that I was unable to continue using it. It doesn't matter how hard I squeeze the product; the only thing that comes out is the aroma. There is no longer any evidence of the white particles that were supposed to get rid of the greasy appearance. Due to the fact that I was only able to use the product approximately three to four times, I do not believe that I received value for the money that I spent. I kindly request that the appropriate actions be taken towards this matter.
