Vichy Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo Increased Hair Fall
On September 8, I purchased an anti-hair loss shampoo on Trendyol, making sure to order it from Vichy’s official store page. However, when I received the invoice, I noticed that the seller was listed as “Cosmolog”, and the package label also said Cosmolog instead of Vichy. The “anti-hair loss” text appeared as a sticker label. Still, assuming it was from the official brand, I started using the product.
After the second use, my hair loss significantly increased, and I developed scalp flaking and irritation. At first, I thought it might be temporary, but the hair loss worsened, which made me suspect the product might not be authentic. I have used it several times over the past month, and I still have the product in my possession.
During this process, I contacted Vichy customer service, but they redirected me to Trendyol Assistant. I paid a total of approximately $20 for the product. I have never experienced such an issue before.
I request that the authenticity of the product be investigated and that I be refunded in full. I kindly ask that my complaint be resolved as soon as possible.
