Urban Care Purple Shampoo Turned My Blonde Hair Orange and Made It Dry

I went out of town to visit my sister and didn’t bring my usual purple shampoo with me. She had Urban Care Purple Shampoo, so I decided to give it a try in the shower. The first time, I diluted it with water before applying, but it didn’t make any difference to my hair. On my second attempt, I used it directly without diluting, and not only did it fail to tone my hair, but it also turned the blonde parts of my hair orange. My hair became dry, rough, and lost its volume. I regret using it so much. I can't believe this product was ever released to the market without proper testing. How can a product meant to tone blonde hair end up making it worse? I wouldn’t use this shampoo even if it were free—I'd throw it straight in the trash. I’d like to ask the manufacturer: how do you propose I return my now orange hair to its original blonde color after using your purple shampoo?
