Urban Care Biotin & Keratin Shampoo Caused Severe Dandruff

I have been using the Urban Care Biotin & Keratin series regularly for about two months. I purchased the products from the Anpa Gross store in Gaziantep. However, after I started using them, I began experiencing severe dandruff, something I had never dealt with before, and it has become very uncomfortable.

I’ve also started to doubt the authenticity of the products I purchased from the store. Since the price was significantly lower than elsewhere, I’m concerned about whether the products are genuine or if there has been any tampering with their quality.

I’m requesting that Urban Care investigate the cause of this issue and, if necessary, provide confirmation of the product’s authenticity. I would also like clarification on whether the items sold by this store are reliable and officially distributed products.
