I’m Requesting an Apology After My Son Was Forced Out of LEGO Play Area by Other Parents

Around 5:00 p.m. today, I was in the shared play area inside your store with my 3-year-old son. Within about 15 minutes, we experienced two negative incidents. First, another child’s parent pushed my son aside to make room for their own child. In the second incident, another parent claimed that the shared area belonged to their child and forced my son out of the space. Because the shared area was unsupervised, we encountered this kind of behavior and did not feel safe or comfortable.

I believe these issues stem from the lack of staff supervision and the absence of clear rules for the shared area. Therefore, I request:

Continuous staff supervision in the shared area,

Clear and visible rules/signage regarding use of the space,

An apology for the inappropriate treatment directed at me and my child.

I kindly request that the necessary improvements be made at your branch as soon as possible.
