My girlfriend bought the Urban Care Biotin & Keratin Shampoo and Conditioner from Gratis, and I started using it hoping to prevent hair loss. However, after just a few washes, I noticed a major problem—my scalp, which had never experienced dandruff before, suddenly became flaky and dry.
I had absolutely no dandruff issues before using this shampoo, yet now I am dealing with an itchy, irritated scalp and visible flakes. Instead of helping with hair health, this product has made things worse. I expected a strengthening and nourishing effect, not a scalp issue I never had before!
