I have been using the Urban Care Hyaluronic & Collagen shampoo for about one month. At first, I thought the itching on my scalp might be temporary because I was trying a new shampoo. However, after a month of regular use, I continue to experience the same issue every time. I haven’t used any other hair product during this period. Each time I use the shampoo, I experience intense scalp itching and skin flaking as a result.
I purchased the product from a Rossmann store, but unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt or invoice. I tried to contact Urban Care customer service, but the packaging only lists a landline phone number and an email address starting with “info.” There is no consumer support line or clear direction for submitting a complaint.
