Urban Vegan Hibiscus Shampoo Caused Severe Dandruff
I purchased the Urban brand Vegan Hibiscus shampoo from the Gratis store. I used only this shampoo and the spray from the same series for about a month, but during that time, I developed severe dandruff and flaking on my scalp. I did not notice any issue with the product’s packaging or expiration date, but this reaction has caused me significant discomfort. Since I no longer have the receipt, I cannot request a refund. I have not yet contacted Urban or Gratis customer service, but I would like the product to be replaced and assistance provided to resolve the scalp issue it caused.

I used it as you would use a post-shower spray. I spray it on the ends of my hair while it's damp.
