Urban Care Intense Keratin Shampoo Caused Skin Irritation and Burning

After using the Urban Care Intense Keratin Shampoo, I immediately developed red spots, burning, and irritation around my ears and neck. I stopped using the product, but the irritation is still continuing, and I’m now considering seeing a doctor because of it.

If there are ingredients in the formula that can trigger allergic reactions, this should be clearly indicated on the packaging for consumer awareness. Due to the discomfort and damage I’ve experienced, I am requesting a full refund for the product.

I had previously used Urban Care’s leave-in conditioner and was very satisfied with it, experiencing no problems at all. However, this shampoo has caused a serious skin reaction.

After researching online, I discovered that other customers have reported similar complaints, which makes me even more concerned. Therefore, I plan to report this issue not only here but also to the relevant authorities.

I request that this matter be thoroughly investigated and that my grievance be resolved promptly.
