I have used Urban Care hair products before, and I even still use their leave-in conditioner without any issues. However, the Biotin & Caffeine Shampoo seems to have completely changed its formula. After using it twice, I experienced severe itching on my scalp, and my hair became rough and felt like straw. My hair is usually very soft and shiny, but this shampoo ruined it in just two washes—I can't believe it. It’s hard to understand how such a product is still on the market. I’m really disappointed and concerned about continuing to use Urban Care products if this is the quality they now offer. I hope they address this issue promptly.
