I completed the identity verification process on Uption, but it has now been three full days and I’m still waiting. After submitting my documents, I received a message saying I would get an SMS once my ID is verified. That message never came.
At the same time, I also received another confusing notification saying: “Dear customer, your Uption courier process has started. You can track your delivery with barcode 47************* at www.kuryenet.com.tr.”
So now I’m stuck in a contradictory situation: my ID still isn’t verified, yet my card is supposedly being shipped. Even worse, for the past three days, my card hasn’t even been handed over to the courier.
This delay is unacceptable. I expect Uption to immediately verify my identity and ensure my card is actually delivered. Stop making users wait indefinitely for basic services. I want this resolved now.
