I ordered my Uption card on March 30, and today is April 20—22 days have passed, and I still haven’t received it. While I was given a tracking number, the status has shown “in transit” this entire time with no updates or delivery. It makes no sense that a card should take this long to arrive, especially when the expected delivery was within 15 days. If a financial service can’t even manage to deliver a physical card within a reasonable timeframe, how can users trust it with their money? I’ve waited long enough and received zero support or clarification. Uption must investigate this delay immediately and ensure my card is delivered without any further excuses. I expect transparency, urgency, and proper communication.
