I applied for a virtual card through UPTION, and on December 2, 2025, representatives came to my home and had me sign and submit the required documents. However, even though nine days have passed, my card has still not been delivered.
Despite signing the delivery documents, I have not received any information about where my card is or why it has not been delivered. During this time, I have not contacted UPTION customer service, because I believe the card should have already arrived.
I requested the card to be delivered to my address in Istanbul, Turkey, and I was planning to use it for urgent needs. For this reason, I am requesting that my card be resent immediately and that I be given a clear explanation regarding the delivery process and delay.
