UPTION Allowed an Unauthorized Withdrawal From My Account

On December 18, 2025, at around 8:30 p.m., an amount of $17 USD was withdrawn from my UPTION account via an online transfer without my knowledge or authorization. My UPTION account is linked to my AK Bank and VakıfBank accounts, and I noticed this unexpected deduction when I checked my balance.

I contacted customer service regarding this unauthorized withdrawal, but I did not receive any response or clarification. This lack of communication has increased my concern about the security of my account and my funds.

I request a full refund of the $17 USD that was withdrawn without my consent, along with a clear and detailed explanation of how this transaction was carried out without my authorization. I also expect appropriate security measures to be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring again.
